How to get it
- Go to Nintendo's store — the Switch 2 Edition has its own product page, and the Switch 1 version is listed alongside it.
- Buy or start with the demo. The demo is a separate free download; it is the Switch 1 build and runs on Switch 2 — the demo on Switch page covers the details, and your progress carries into the full game.
- Wait for the download — at 3.8–11.1 GB it is a small install by modern standards.
If you are deciding between the two Switch versions, the Switch 2 page compares them (4K support and 60 FPS are the Switch 2 Edition's headline differences), and the platform overview puts all three side by side.
